MB bets 2k on a K-7-8, Ryan Fonda pushes all-in and MB (who raised preflop utg) folds.

Is Ryan sponsored now Snoops

Not sure, but he's always donning VC gear.

And as we enter what I understand is the final level of the day, play has naturally slowed down somewhat with players eager to make it into Day 2.

Having said that, however, Kevin O'Connell has just bitten the dust. I didn't quite catch the hand fully, but I noticed that his opponent held K-J on an A-J-x-x-x board.

Many believe that Gus Hansen isn't the Great Dane that he once was, especially today as his previously formidable stack has dropped down to 20,800.

His latest loss was against a young Russian chap who re-raised Gus's 3k bet to 8k on a flop. Gus folded.

Jen, sno0ps, you've outlasted me again, I'm off to bed. We've had a bad day on the Forum elsewhere, horrible, but you two make it all worthwhile with these simply stunning Updates.

Take care, see you soon.

Henning Granstad is out - making a shortstack move there on the cutoff with , the lady on the small blind thought her were good, and she was right.  A late exit for Granisimo, while on the table next door, Gus Hansen had also moved all in preflop, on the button, over the top of a raiser... He had 22k to call (around 8k in the pot) and the initial raiser eventually thought better of it and the pot was his.
