SLEEP

I'm 37 now

In 1999 I started playing poker. I was in Stakis Nottingham "Gala"
Monday Thursday Friday and Saturday. A few Hours Sleep after
a bottle of wine then off to work. Feeling great.

Before Poker I Played Blackjack untill the early hours.

I would not play live now unless I was off work the next day.

I need a good 8 hours now days. I'd find Intresting to see what people
can survive on. Is it an age thing?

Im 28... I always used to sleep for a good 7 - 8 hours, more at weekend.

But since having the kids and playing poker. I can do a weekend without sleep, like the blonde bash. Friday morning until Sunday evening I didnt sleep.

Maybe Poker needs an organisation that starts their Comps 3pm at weekends & finishes around midnight......No, that's just silly I guess.

Unfunny. I've just completed the Nottingham Marathon in 3hrs 15min..

If you saw me you would know I do not need the gym. I'm 6ft 2in
and 14st with a chest like a Bull Frog and a waist like a Lap dancer.

Ladies call me eye candy. I don't know what they mean by that
but I can live with it.

I think it is an age thing, for instance look at BB1

I attended with 2 mates Teacake and Rod P, we left Glasgow at 7am on the saturday and got to Brummie hotel at 11ish, teacake and rod both decide they need some kip before the tourney starts, as they were traveling from 7am!!!!

so they went to bed, and i went to the local Pub alone and played some pool alone, and had 3 pints alone, then headed to the bookies alone and later went back to the hotel and met tank....

....Blah Blah Blah im rambling now, anyway they slept a lot and i didnt, they are over 35, and i am 25! - in conclusion yes it is an age thing!

I'm tired all the time.  Doesn't seem to matter how much or how little sleep I get so I tend to get around 7 hours per night.

I probably should get to the gym!
