Which of these do you like the best and who springs to mind when you think of a Clown?

Joker perhaps may not be seen as a Clown, but the idea behind his Character was based on a Clown.

I think Ronald McDonald is the most well known and respected Clown.  However I like Crusty better and think he will be remembered in the years to come. In recent TV adverts there have been no appearances by Ronald at all.

Don't you like Clowns?   They are entertainers  Cheesy .   I don't like Clowns that use animals in their performances, but in general they are amusing

There are people in this world who dress up and act like clowns; I don't like these people. I am not clownophobic (or to be politically /scientifically correct, coulrophobic). I do not fear clowns. Really. I don't. They are just not nice people. They scare little kids, they cause neurosis in some adults, they have big floppy feet, they try to fit too many of their kind in a car.

Is Ronald a clown?  I know he dresses like one, but he just advertises, more of a wierdo.

Krusty for me.
