these topical balms have good effects from what i hear but are you sure you want to be buying 'tiger' balm? you know that in the far east they use a lot of animal parts to cure and promote health. check out the ingrediants before you use it just incase.
red imps idea sounds good and im going to try it the next time i have a headache. i also hate taking pills like paracetamol because of the liver damange they can do and try to drink lots of water when ive a headache. ive red a story about a man who cured all sorts of illnesses in a prison (he was also a prisoner) with water alone. cant vouch for the guy though.
hope your headache eases off

Tiger Balm is one of the world's leading topical analgesics, with a soothing action that relieves muscular aches and pains. Tiger Balm is made from active ingredients such as camphor, menthol, cajuput oil and clove oil. It contains no animal products and is not tested on animals.

It doesn't have real tigers in. It would be illegal in this country otherwise

I got some 4head about 3 hours ago. My head feels abit better, but I am not going to push things and I will have an easy night tonight. The Order of Play is - take dogs out a walk, watch Blackbeard, then play a couple of tournaments, early bedtime around 1am .
thanks folks

if its only navy remedies you are looking for, you could always sit on your hand for half an hour until it goes numb and then....well you get the picture. IT would certainly take your mind off the headache.

Headache is away for now mate. Concentrating on trying to play lunatics in my MTT took my attention away from it

I use Tiger Balm on my back to supplement the multitude of pain-killers i have to take for my A.S.
Works a treat, and can be used for headaches, but due to what it is made of, no Tiger parts i'm happy to say, DO NOT get near you eyes and was your hands after applying the stuff.
Ultimately look as to why these headaches keep occuring.

Your fluid intake also plays a big part when it comes to headaches.

I drink alot of water and fruit juice. I am going to cut out tea.
Did you know some people are allergic to milk. I wasn't aware of that. Alot of people aren't aware they are allergic to it, but it causes them problems with digestion, etc.
