First Weigh in tonight - Lost 9 lbs  thumbs up

Starting weight 20 st 13 lbs
Current weight 20 st 04 lbs
Lost weight so far 09 lbs


Next update next Wednesday (and on blog)

Starting weight 20 st 13 lbs
Week 01 Loss - 9 lbs
Week 02 Loss - 5 lbs
Total Lost So Far - 14 lbs (1 Stone)
Current weight 19 st 13 lbs

I bought a little computer gismo that tells you how far/fast you go. Last month I did 350 miles.

Well done Gatsby...keep it up! 

A couple of years back I ballooned up to 17 stone but managed to lose two stone over a period of four months.

This was indirectly due to weight watchers because, although I never went to one of their meetings, I got hold of one of their calculators which tell you how many points every food is.  I used this to track what I ate each day ( love gadgets! ) and just followed a set dailypoints limit.

Gradual loss of couple of pounds each week and thankfully it's stayed off since too.
