I got up at 3 for an Aussie Millions qualifier (they aren't the most convinent of times)
I made it to the last 5. Top 3 qualify for a place in a satelitte event and fourth pays $258.
I made a few good moves and then a couple of really bad ones and now I am struggling. I am left with 300 chips and getting a bit of polite abuse as to why i hadn't gone all in and that it was the final table from hell. I was anted down to 150 and posted a reply of "not for long".
next hand one of the other players goes all in with

And is called by

Flop does nothing, but turn of

And I am in the final 4. Soon out, but $258 made it worthwhile hanging on.  Cheesy

Sounds like you didn't want to qualify for the Sat!  Getting blinded down like that will get you bubbled more often than not.  Try not to lose sight of your aim when you enter a satellite, which is to win one of the seats.

Fair point, although I did want to win but something happened along the way.
Main hand that hurt me was

The board was

I had two pairs and was trying to see how much I could get out of the other player. Turn was neutral, but the river was
This meant my lower pair was useless and if he did have a King I was now stuffed. Maybe I should have played more aggresively to close it down.
Anyway I am going to use my some of my win to have another go so fingers crossed.
