Bump...
6 weeks passed for most of you and no mention of it? Lets be hearing more about your success stories please.
Just goes to show how easy it is to forget you have quit. Remember, it doesn't make it any less of an achievement after 6hrs, 6days or 6weeks.
Cheers,
Eoan

Not smoking is rather uneventful.

Have you looked to see if they have the pictures on them yet? I have a feeling that they will, sigh.....
Still, at that price I can put up with the piccies for a while!
Oh, and well done all of those that have broken free of the evil weed, I hope to be joining the ranks eventually

Just saw that many of our Guru's, Allen Carr died on Wednesday of Lung Cancer!!
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/health/6194670.stm
Unreal actually that the man quit 23 years ago but still contracted the dreaded C. The man can go to his grave with a massive smile on his face i'm sure after helping many millions (and a few blondes) get free from nicotine.
RIP ALLEN
and thanks a lot!!

Yep, a great man with great insights into the causes of nicotine addiction. Very sad at his passing but I got to thank him through his website before he passed away.
Thanks Allen, good job, I'm sure more and more people will quit as a result of your work.

I've not
Were it not for this thread, I would have forgotten that I ever did smoke.
1st July is the date you guys get the smoking ban in England. Makes nights out much easier.
I had 0 cravings last night while having a few jars.
