Don't think I dare start again. Tom (Red) said he'd thump me, & he punches his weight. On the plus side, Chili said she'd never talk to me again if I started smoking. Hmm....
Does a Crimble Cigar count?
No smoking - end of!

Well into Week 9 for Chili & myself now, & still no problem,
except I've put a shed-load of weight on.
And I have sleeping sickness, I sleep like never before, it's good, but time-consuming!
How are the rest of you Smoking Quitters getting on?
Hang in there guys, it's GOOD to quit!
Go for a run or go to the gym. You should be able to run now that you have stopped smoking
Anyway, you can't lecture me - you are a smoker.....!
Merry Christmas to you, Sir.

Eight months in and if it wasn't for this thread I would have forgotten that I ever smoked.

OK, I'll postpone my deision to start smoking again to NEXT Chrismas.
For some reason, I've been gagging for a "Christmas Cigar" all day.

If you wanna quit smoking, Barhell, the bASS (blonde Anti Smoking Squad) will help you.
The penalty for failure is a bit steep though.......

No, don't do it that way. Read the book FIRST, then quit. Trust me.
Good Luck mate. We will help you on here, update us every few days.

DON'T!!!! It's fatal, that's how Ed usually ends up smoking again. He had quit but started again at Walsall after all that alcohol.
I found the best way to quit was being violently ill after drinking and smoking one evening about 5 years ago. By that time I was down to only smoking on nights out, some people can manage that. I have never had one since and never will.
