William hill

I'm having trouble withdrawing from my William Hill account. It keeps telling me I need to have been with them 72 hours for identity reasons but I've been with them well over 72 hours. Is anyone else having problems with this and/or the live help buttons?
On a side note does anyone know anything about the cash player - Mafews?
Thanks in advance.

I've seen a player with same misspelt name on another site. Stats have him as Loose Aggressive but good post flop.

Ok thanks Tikay.
Yeah I figured Mafews for pretty good. He seems to play any two and always manages to break people's entire stacks. I'm just in the middle of a bit of cash game reassessment at the moment that's all. I make money but wanna make more. So I'm just looking at the consistent big winners.
