Hi Mscole here

I'm a new member and would like some tips, I used to play a bit of poker live and online but I now have a lot of time on my hands as I am at home fulltime.  Where is the best place to play tourneys online and which games are the best value.

Look forward to hearing your views.

Hi Mscole, welcome to blonde!

I'm not sure where the best sites for you to play would be - I guess a lot of that depends on what stakes you want to play and whether you're looking for rebuys or freezeouts.  I'm sure some of the folk round here will be able to help you out though.

any of the following

PokerStars
Full Tilt
blonde poker league on Tribecca
Ultimate Bet
Party Poker
William Hill
Ladbrokes

and a number of others are worth investigating

Take a look at our Internet poker board at some of the threads about freezeouts on there

You can speak to 10 different people and get 17 different recommendations, its a matter of personal preference really

If you want some very good level of play for little money, I suggest the blonde league. A much higher standard of poker than pretty much anywhere on the net for the entry fee, that I've witnessed anyway, and you'll get bragging rights here should you win.

Hi Mscole,

Welcome.

What sort of entry fee are you comfortable with? And rebuy, or freezeout?
