There was another article recently where they reckon it was down to a mink colony just below the bridge - mink have a strong scent & the dogs were smelling it & jumping over the wall to try and find where the scent was coming from, only to get a big shock & a long drop.

Damn yank mink - come over here, eat our water voles, kill our dogs...... Wink
