thx for all the advice, I've purchased some DayNurse, hopefully that'll do the trick. I've also ordered a Night Nurse, but that something entirely different.
I tend to get better as the day goes on, so hopefully, if I see out the first few levels, I'll be okay. You never know, I might have recovered by then, fingers crossed.

Sometimes you have to suffer a little bit in your youth to motivate yourself to succeed in later life. Do you think if Bill Gates got laid in high school, do you think there'd be a Microsoft? Of course not.

Squeeze a whole lemon, add chopped ginger and 2 cloves of garlic. Brew in a hot water for 5 minutes. Add 2 teaspoons of Maluka Honey. Drink the lot. 3 times a day. This should sort you out.

Snoopy.
You need some meat on your bones, eat well and sleep well.
So to stop the risk of O.D I'd advise Kapol and Bongela. (Sugar free) until you build yourself up a bit.
Get some good Steak and Veg down you and some cooked Breakfasts.
You'll feel better in no time.
Regards
M
