our beloved new telly got sprayed by the boy...
the guide book says only clean with a dry cloth which really serves no purpose at all,
any ideas anyone?

Milk stains....  Julians up late tonight (this morning) watching mucky videos!!! I'd simply use a damp cloth then dry it over with a dry one. Lint free of course. What telly is it? Might want to be careful if its something like a plasma jobby. But as you say, a dry one is not going to do anything. |

You failed to mention - & it's key - that it IS a plasma screen.

Download images onto DVD
Playback through Telly
This will clean the screen from the inside, much safer.

Get the plasma/lcd screen wipes from any decent electrical/computer shop. Couple of quid and guarenteed peace of mind.
