can just be a simple  "hello , how are you ?"
or you may wish to impart more personal information         "i like cheese and onion crisps"

I did it ages ago. 12:21 to be precise

Since I did it, I have written exactly 107 words of my first assignment.  I've been doing useful stuff as well though.  Like going on my space and contacting people etc.

But no reply.  Sad
