Why was it so great last season in his opinion?  'Cause it was the only thing they could win.

They ended up winning in ET but I had an 8 team acca for £40 some decent prices in it as well including Chesterfield at 7/2 last night

Why put money on then when almost EVERY premiership team puts out a weakened team in this competition

indeed a 40£ 8 team accy is a mugs bet. You can't complain about losing a bet like that. If you stick chesterfield on at 7-2 but then decide to go for a premiership team that will certainly field a weakened side againsta  lower league team that will almost certainl;y play the best game of their season you are asking to throw your money down the drain.

Be less greedy next time and just stick 40£ on at 7-2 and be happy winning 140£.

I actually thought Ferguson was very gracious after the match, he isn't nearly as arrogant anymore as he was a few years ago and some managers can learn a lesson from him.

Surely you knew they would do that...

Last year he did exactly the same thing in the early stages...

Hence the competition is shaping up exactly the same

They had a strong team out.

People like Solksjaer, Judas Alan Smi£h, Brown, Silvestre, Heinze, Richardson.

What more do you want.

Although for the record, i hate Alex Ferguson too.

A bit harsh on Smith (IMO).  He didn't want to leave Leeds, especially to go to man u.  But he knew he had to leave, and wanted to get the most money for Leeds (obviously for himself too).

For the record I can't stand ferguson either...

Nah Smith said he only wanted to go to Man Poo. There where similar offers on the table but he didn't want to listen to them. Man poo or nothing.

I should hate Fergie he cost me 11 years ago collecting a massive bet but he decided to play the 3rd team at home to York in the cup and they lost Sad
