Nick Slade won 12k on the roulette. Great news considering his recent problems.

Allen Rayner's exit slipped through the net.
Just a coinflip, 6-6 vs A-9. Pair didn't hold up.

John Magill bets a
board and Mateyboy calls, after a 30 second think.
River =
John goes into the think tank, looks like he's going to move all-in, places his lucky charm on his cards, but decided to check at the last second.
Mateyboy checks behind him and Magil says begrudgingly, "You must win".
He was right, but only just. Magill turns over A-T whilst Mateyboy reveals A-6 for a nice call on the Turn.
I wonder if he would have had the coconuts to call the all-in though...

Roland de Wolf has just won one of the biggest pots of the comp so far.
Action on a flop of J-9-3 (two of clubs) sees both players check an Ace of Clubs Turn. Roland then moves all-in on the red Ten River, a bet which his opponent calls after a lengthy session in the think tank.
Mateyboy shows Pocket Kings (including the King of Clubs), but Roland scoops a massive pot with J-T (no clubs) and Roland is probably in the top 3 chip leaders with 80k.
I haven't seen him this pleased since tikay joined his table one comp.

Ramzi has a bit of a cob on at the moment, really doesn't look happy at all, but Ade informs me that it's because...
"I talked him into called a bet on the River that he should never have called."

Ramzi has busted EPT Baden finalist Peter Eicchardt, A-T vs T-T, Ace was the first card out. About the above article, Ramzi didn't like being given one Ade's "cards" and certainly wasn't impressed by the speech play. Ade has come to the press room and is still talking now...

Stu Rutter lost a few chips again but doubled back up with K-K against A-Q before the end of play.
In the very last hand of Roland's table, Andreas Hagen raises, Roland re-raises and the shortish big blind pushes all-in, Andreas pushes in behind him and Roland is forced to call.

Roland:
Board:
Big pot for Andreas but Roland still has 70k.
