just a line that might help others on here,
since i stoped smoking my migranes has stoped SERIOUS
i was a very big migrane sufferer a few years ago when i smoked full time ,one of the reasons i stoped a few years ago,

since re-starting over the last 18 months i have been geting them more, and more of them resulting in straight to bed and knackered for 2-3 days after.
i know its only been 3 weeks today, but i have not had a migrane in this time, this is rare even more so that some of the triggers that start the migrane attack, i have tried to experiment ,and still no migrane .i dont know whether its in my mind or what, but im sure 100% that stoping smoking has stoped the migrane atack.
just thought this might help somebody who suffers from these atacks..........i have read that smoking can cause migrane atacks and i am proof that this is very true,,,,,
my migrane attacks were that bad once i had to stay in hospital for 9 days ,so this is proof they were migranes not just headaches .i hope this might help somebody ..................

That's great Sofa, extra benefits Smiley I've never suffered a migraine, I get narky enough at mild headaches, I would be unbearable with a Migraine. Glad they are not there for you anymore.
