Scheduled Prize Pool $10k huh? Cheesy

Kev was hugely confident that people would embrace this, and estimated accordingly

i think its a great idea, the only slight thing i might change is you said players can decide to have a one off or best of 3. i think everybody should have to play the same so either everyone plays a one off or a best of 3. that way everyone is playing on a level playing field.

like i said though great idea and im looking forward to it

I agree, great idea but why not just make them all best of three ?

I'll be signing up presently

Thanks Ralph. If we get to draw time and the opinion of most is "best of 3" for all games, then we can do that very easily

this looks fun

I think it should be standardized with regards to both the amount of games you play, and the type of game you play also, just to ensure parity through-out the competition.

My vote would be for best of 3 in the normal speed STT's.. otherwise it might cause problems later.

I would be up for this, only limitation i have is the fact i could only really play my matches at a weekend.  If my opponents can do this, then i'll sign on.

Each round will have to be completed by a set date which I will announce when the draw is posted.

Nice idea and I'm keen to sign up.

Just wondered though, if there's any chance of some indication as to how long players will have to get to complete each round? 2 days?, 4 days? week?  Or is it more of a "play it by ear" kind of thing (within reason) with no exact scheduling?

I'm similar to Bainn really ( although without the beard of course! Grin ) in that the intended schedule might affect whether I can play or not.

4 days per round is my aim, but this may be optimistic. A week tops.

As there is no set schedule, we can make it up as we go along. Always a useful thing to know!
