i have got a deal on the cards for you...it could mean entry fees paid for all comps at 1 particular festival ... but it involved wearing full england kit, and having the flag of St.George painted on your face ... so i turned it down on your behalf Smiley

And to everyone reading this thread who has also read the Ironside AK saga ... I just witnessed him massively overplay it again ... and get caught by a couple of 7's on the flop and another player with A7 ... he just called ironsides massive bets all the way lol  LEARN FROM YOUR MISTAKES MATE Wink

Made the break in about 15th.  Found a couple of calling stations when I found cards.  Lot of people not taken seats so plenty of free chips about for about another 15 minutes.

Any one else hanging around.

Cruising along on 6k, placed 10th or so

Raise my 88 called by BB

Flop trips on K8x board check check

Turn K for boat check check

River for 3 hearts on board, he bets I rr, he rrr all in  I call thinking hes caught the flush

Turns over KJ for better FH  Shocked

2 hands later my AA gets cracked when KK flops set  Roll Eyes

Get your lucky white heather here  Tongue

Didnt really appreciate the "it was your own fault " comment as hes likely to call with with top pair on the flop & will certainly call the turn that gives him top set.

What exactlty was I supposed to do?
