Can anybody reccomend any?  I am getting the most wound up I have been in 10 years of playing - just culminating in my AK raise being reroased all in by K8o - but they were suited and hitting his 8  in £25 £10k on crypto

This is not a bad beat story - just found myself losing it and absuing the guy.  Whats the answer?  I am thinking of just playing $100 plus every tourne.  Or do I just need to calm down.

when you want to catch a player show him a bluff
you'll be amazed at how easy it is to get your chips off him

dont do it to a pro they know that the next time you will have a hand

but i just had a guy reraise my trip 10s with A8(no pair) then rereaise my Aj for another 400 with k4

Be very careful here, Don't want to put you on a downer, BUT it looks like this guy has you on full tilt, Don't chase him down, take some deep breaths and forget about him, play your game, and he will do the rest..

When I get stressed I go outside and look at the sky, it makes me realise how insignificant me and my problems are

If that dosn't work, watch the news

have my sympathy now.

WHY O WHY do I keep playing friday and saturday evenings. muppet after fish after moron throwing their money at the world and seeing what bounces back. it's outdraw after miracle outdraw. seriously, I could cry sometimes.
my BB, limper in late poss. I have AJ, I raise, He RR all in, I have him covered so call. he has 6,4 suited. "it's a 60/40" he says.
i limp in with A,9 suited. BB raises all in. I'm short so call. he has 10,9.

What I do is start the night on tilt. This way nobody can put me on tilt coz I'm already there! Then when I win a few I slowly come off tilt.
