Did a bet on Tony G to win the BAPT. Nearly 3 days later after the event ended and they still haven't paid out. Sent several emails but no response at all.

well, that doesn't really sound good enough. rather dissapointing. I have never experienced any problems with betfair myself of this nature (afterall, it's not like they are paying out their own money)

I agree with you Boldie, this is the first time I ever heard of a betfair market still being unsettled many days after the conclusion of the tournament. Very wierd indeed.

The market is also still showing, although betting is obviously suspended. I'm sure it will be resolved soon.

They have been saying 'soon' for the past 3 days. Starting to really piss me off, the way i have been treated by them. The ironic thing is that this was a betfair Tourmanent. No excuses

Said they are waiting on list of non runners. Funny that it said these would be void at start of tournament.

they may not payout if the event is to be televised. i remember putting some bets on the will hill grand prix last year and they were still showing as open bets until it was aired, not sure if the same thing is happening with your bet

This was a betfair run event. As i said above they said they were waiting on the list of non runners. Like as if that is required 3 days later to pay out for the winner of the event. How hard can it be.

Dear Shane
Thank you for your e-mail.
Whilst I appreciate your frustrations regarding this market we cannot settle the market until all non-runners have been confirmed. Hopefully this will be very soon.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further enquiries.
Kind regards

Might be being thick here, but what have the non runners got to do with not paying out on the winner?

Rule 4 ? So if you bet ante post and a class act enters after you bet you get bigger odds There would be no way you could use rule 4 on a field that isn't fixed for a period before the start of play. Sandy
