Koresh is standing on the rail, looking slightly helpless and chatting away to his mates with a slight disgruntled look on his face.

Call it a hunch, but I think he may be OUT.


He just dipped his hands into my ice bucket that had the champagne in and I asked, "Have you been in a fight?" to which he replied, "I will be soon."

I think it must have been a bad beat.

Jeff Kimber, who finalled in Singapore recently, is running well with just over 50k.

Unfortunately, Tony Nicholls is nowhere to be seen, so unless he's gone and got himself locked in the kazi, it looks as though he's no longer in the comp.

Although he managed to build his 4.6k stack up into the deep teens, Des Jonas is now back down to 12.4k after losing a relatively chunky pot to Dave Smith on a 2d-7h-2c-2h board.

"Come back in a bit and I'll be back up there," claimed a positive Des.

"That's confident," I replied, "or disillusioned (as I walked away)"

Well, after that, it was more of a run.

Andrew Bradshaw commented that he didn't recognise me without my blonde hair. I said that I just fancied a change to which he replied, "Nice to have a choice."
