http://www.pot-limit-omaha.com/

is a good start, just don't play for real money until you know what you're doing

I believe Monty Burns is handy at Omaha. He busted me in Blackpool - even named my exact hand PRE-FLOP!

It was quite extraordinary. He Raised on the Button, I RR'd on the BB.  He called.

"Don't be putting any Kings on that flop" he says to the dealer. Why so, I asked. "Because you have Kings" he replied. He had A-T xx & flopped 2 pair.

basically if the board shows a posible hand and you dont have that hand then fold ie

if the board pairs be wary of a full house or quads
if the board shows a possible flush someone will have a flush
if the board shows a possible straight someone will have a straight
if you have a pair in your hand and the flop doesnt bring you trips then fold
If your 4 cards are near each other in the deck then its worth playing
If your 4 cards are from 2 suits then its worth playing
If you hold 4 of the same suit then fold
If you hold all 4 suits then fold

I've only seen this once. A guy bet out large against me with his hand of AAAA. And there was a straight on the table with 3 of them being the same suit. I did chuckle when I showed the other 2 suited for the straight flush. he said that i only beat him cos i had a straight flush against his 4 aces. i said "no you only have 2 aces" and there the fun started.  Cheesy
