I'm still little, almost 5ft    I wanted to work in a bank, which is weird as I could never and still can't count!

Then I wanted to be a make-up artist for the BBC so that I could meet Prince Andrew and marry him. (he had just been interviewed by Selina Scott at the time on Wogan)

I even went to college and studied Beauty Therapy, ended up a curtain designer instead and now a dental nurse, so not much difference.

I wanted to be an MP or even the prime minister...................like Harold Wilson. I used to bunk off school for the party conferances.

I also petitioned the school, to do british constitution, not enough call for it they said.

Then at 16 got in bother with the police.....................that was a right of passage whare i came from., having left school at 15.

The Tabloids would have had a field day.

Oh and at 13 I wanted to be a De La Selle brother.like those that taught me, untl i reallized they were all social misfits, who hid behind the cloth to hide their inadequacys,

I wanted to be a pilot like my cousin or racing driver, and when I left school I was offered a job at the local council on £80 a week. Hmmmm 16 years old, 80 quid a week or go back to school to do A-levels.........

You can guess what way I went. The 80 quid a week.
