my parents are back and for cyprus alot ,and my son and obviously we all miss them ,is there anything i can buy to see and talk to them at the same time real good quality,,im not sure if ive seen an eye that goes on my computer and they get one for their laptop,,,,sorry im chit when it comes to pc any help thanks

You can get webcams and set them up. You'll need microphones and speakers/headphones if you want to talk to each other.

yep, plug them in and away they go usually.

For msn, just go to http://get.live.com/messenger/overview and sign up - it's free and ever so easy.


Actually the new msn looks like it will do everything, just need to buy the kit

Better quality - get Skype - its free

You will also need a voip phone that is skype compatable.

The added benefit here is that you can both use the voip phone as you would a normal phone - at F all cost to each other!!

I kitted myself (and home) out when I went to WSOP this yr. Total cost of around £50.

whats a voip phone,,,,didgital wireless?mobile?i am really chit when it comes to this stuff

Here is the model we use - cordless as well so you are not tied to the computer
