I see the point being made here, he comes across a bit "I am it", but he ain't, wait rill you meet him (he'll be at the next blonde Bash & is a Circuit Regular) he's just one of the lads.

I know exactly what you mean Tikay.  People can be misinterpreted when they write.  For example, you seem like a decent bloke when you post on here....

Oi!

I was likened to a Newsreader last night - Trevor McDonald!

Look, you wanna go to Copenhagen, or what?

Well behave then.

Sorry Dad....

That's better.

The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k.  “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi.  Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.

Two young men were walking down the street, 1 of them was American, the other was British. They walked past a brand new Ferrari, the American druled over it and declared "i am going to work hard in everything i do and make myself a success so one day i will own a Ferrari" the British man took 1 look at it and declared "show-off bastard" as he slashed his key's down the side of the car.

Why is the British psyche so anti-success? Why does the nation seem to take joy in the fall of successful people, why is there no "great British dream"?

Well for me, Marc's post was totally tongue in cheek.

Before you judge him, talk to him for a few minutes.

(but not too long, he charges a fortune!)

I will tell you that you will not meet a more honest person than Mark. He likes to make the stories a little better, the beats a little worse, but he is a genuine guy all the way.

I met him at DC's the night before the hill grand prix in 05 (Barron was there) and this guy is just good shit along w/ bring ultra competitive and a great poker player. You ask Junior ( Greg Hill) about that laydown of set over set in the heat in the grand prix and you will understand!

Mr Cool is in a different class, and he tells a great story

He was to my left in a Main Event at Bolton one day. He murdered me, really, I did not know what day it was.

I Raised it up with 8-8, he called. Hmm....

Flop was A-K-J. I bet out, full Pot, let's see where we are.. He Re-Raised, I passed. He showed 2-2. Don't like him.

PS - But I cashed, 3rd place I think, for £6,000......! (Any excuse to chirp).

A "good laydown". You were behind J-4?
