Yes it was a tough call whether to stay in and watch celebrity Big Brother or not  but instead I went to Wembley to see Kylie.
Thought it was a good show and I must confess to having a bit of a boogie

dad dont dance

Anyone else going to see her (that will admit it)?

I have never been to a concert either Charmaine, I thought I was the only one  Cheesy .  I almost went to see Pearl Jam back in about 2000, but I had to work that night instead. My mates and I had listened to them since about 91 and I would loved to have gone, they went and said they were good Live

Kylie is actually not bad. Her song with Nick Cave ( sp? ) is absolutely brilliant and so is 'Confide in Me'.  I like her much better than Madonna. Kylie is the best big name female pop star, Madonna just irritates me.

I went to Bulldog Bash 2001 and managed to miss amongst others Fun Lovin Criminals, Reef and Terrorvision (Last ever gig if i remember rightly) but i had one great weekend anyway. Best gig i have ever been to was a nostalgia trip i went to see Madness at Finnsbury park which was their reunion gig, also on the line up was Ian Dury And The Blockheads. Superd day great weather and a must see for me as my mum wouldn't let me go to see madness when i was 14 and they played a gig in the town 10 miles away(i sulked for days).

those of you that have never been to a concert - go!  You can't beat seeing a good band playing live - great atmosphere.  I don't get to go to as many concerts as I'd like since my daughter was born, but still manage about 4 or 5 a year dad dont dance - would be gutted if I couldn't go to another

Not really, my Sister went to a RATM concert in about 92/93 and Tool were the support group. I wasn't really into them though.

Funny you should ask. the tickets went like hot cakes and I couldn't get a pair of tickets but could get individual tickets. I offerred to take my mrs but explained that she would be in another part of the arena. This didn't go down well and she said she would rather not go if it meant not being with me (which I can understand). So i went without her and this saved me £50 as well.  thumbs up

My two favourite concerts I have been to were Snoop Dog in the nynex arena in manchester about 10 years ago, and Justin Timberlake in London 4 or 5 years ago. Good times.

You can't beat going to a live concert, it's an experience that everyone should have at least once (though I recommend MANY times!) Kyle is high on my list of must see some time.

My personal faves have been Robbie Williams at Knebworth, I've seen him at Old Trafford and Milton Keynes too but they aren't a patch on Knebworth.  A day I'll remember for the rest of my life even though we spent several hours in the first aid tent, and nearly missed Robbie altogether.

Madness at the MEN Arena - Absolutely brilliant and sang until my throat was too sore to, probably the most fun concert of all of them.

Erasure at Wembley Arena were amazing for the outrageous costumes that Andy bell wore, and they were a good boogie concert, seriously sore feet after that one!

I've been to many others, Seal, Brian Adams, Spice Girls (shhhhh don't say it!) etc. and have enjoyed everyone of them, my only regret is that I don't get to more. I think in future I'll go the festival root and get to the I.O.W festival and the Bestival, both have extremely good line ups.

Saw Kylie at the NEC arena last year, awesome concert.

Lavender boys everywhere though, didn't realise she had such a big GAY following.

Definately in the top three concerts i've been to along with UB40 and Beautiful South
