Struggling to find an outstanding band of the 90's & 00's but its deffo The Smiths for me in the 80s.

Do any of you guys remember Half Man Half Biscuit?

Indeed Teacake, met some guys from Birkenhead on holiday in Spain in '87 that knew them!!
I had their first two albums which are absolutely hilarious and have since downloaded other stuff of theirs, the one that particularly stuck out was The Referee's Alphabet. Pure Class.

80s: Bros

90s: Aqua, though if Mr Blobby and noel edmonds had a follow up hit, who knows!

00s: sclub7

Special mention to steps and westlife for spanning the decades with hit after hit.

New Model Army.  All three decades.

(I don't expect to find too many in agreement with that)

For I am very familiar with the works of New Model Army. Spent sometime travelling from gig to gig with the Christian Militia in the late 80's early 90's.

80's -  New Model Army

90's - Ned's Atomic Dustbin

00's - The Polyphonic Spree

Well you have found one! IMO the greatest band ever, good to find a kindred spirit in the poker community, I have a few bootleg recordings if you want any. One from December's US tour featuring a new song. PM me if interested,
   Cheers,
          Steve

thumbs up - excellent stuff.

I've got the whole back catalgoue, including all the bootlegs I know of.   But if you've got some new stuff I'm interested.

You have PM...
