Bit of a faux-pas from McDaid as he accidentally calls, not realising that Byron has put in a raise before him.

Forced to call, he then folds on the Q-5-2 rainbow Flop when Byron bets out 125k.

Blinds are now 12k/24k ante 2k.

Chips (roughly)

Ciaron Burke     750,000
Scott Byron      625,000
Terry McDaid    940,000
John Clancy      270,000
Keith Cummins  480,000

Only seen one hand shown, and that was the of Keith who moved in on the button, picking up the blinds and antes.

Apparently, this is a pretty unknown table made of capable, but not particularly prolific players.

My source was Tom Murphy of Antes Up - a bit of a larrikin, but I think we can trust him.

Looking at their previous results, it would appear that American Scott Byron is the favourite here, even though he doesn't have home field advantage.

138th in the WSOP 2006 Main Event for 47k and a 1st in the $1,500 2003 New England Poker Classic for $91,000, Scott has a pretty decent record.

According to his stats, he's been playing competively since 1994, but had a three year break from 2003. Looks like he's returned twice as strong though, especially if he take this one down.

Bit of action for you, and once again it involves Mr Cummins.

Battle of the blinds again with Ciaron Burke.

Flop =

Cummins checks, Ciaron bets 50k and Cummins moves in for 306k.

Long dwell, 256k more, but he decides to fold, showing a Jack in the process.

I aslo caught a sneak peak at Keith's hand.

Can anyone guess what he had?

First correct answer wins not one, but two coconuts.

I got it snoops. Wasnt a move, he had J9.
