I took my wife Claire down to Climping (near Littlehampton) for a couple of days break for her birthday at the weekend and found a certain local brewery makes an interesting lager.  Apologies for the poor quality of the photo, I really should upgrade my phone, but it tasted great! |

It's a lovely pint, it comes on draught too, it's brewed by hepworth brewers, it's actually an organic brew, i actually only live about 2 miles from the brewers so i can get hold of it very easily (not that i drink much ahem).

When I worked in a bar a year ago, we used to make the nicest Amaretto cocktail, mixed it with crush ice, squeezed lime and a little bit of sugar. Obviously for those with a sweet tooth only though.
