I still don't see why the odd limp from ep to make ur hand look strong is such a bad play, and I really don't understand why you wouldn't give the call then bet from him the utmost respect given the situation. I do think call and reassess after the flop is the best option.

You push with after the short stack all in and the big stack call after he knows i've limped UTG+1 that is just crazy imo.

Why is it crazy? What hand is the SB going to have here that can call another 20k?

I would like to thank leftfoot for making me look stupid. However, i can not see why he thinks the utg limper is going to fold to his shove.

Flushy et al. am i right to make the assumption that the shortie usually has something here. Also, what is the SB's calling range here and what is his calling range when you push? Personally i don't think it changes.

It depends if they are good players, the shortie should have a wide range, the pot odds are very generous, the SB should have an even wider range, in the SB here i call any pair, any ace, any connectors and any 2gap+ suited connectors.

If i have 99+ AT+ i re-raise to isolate. So any hand i flat call with i dont call the limpers push.

Except maybe AA.

I may also flat call if i know the limper is a good player, as they will isolate with a lot of hands.
