This guy crops up all over the place, and if the original table listings are correct, he should be David Berggren. He is currently plodding along with 13,075.

Harrison Williams (who I believe looks spookily like his namesake David Williams) is running well with 26,025.

Hi Snoopy liked your article about ElkY - I have been on the same table as him many times particularly during events like the WCOOP on stars. He is a very good player. I can imagine he must find it extremely slow playing live as playing 12-14 tables you would need lightning speed. The most I can comfortably do is 4 tables as if I get caught up in a battle on one of the tables I tend to not focus on the other tables and often get timed out on at least 1 table.

Looks like I'll be entering Walsall so will see you down there in February.

Klaus Frederiksen, who in fact scared me to death with his porn pose, is on 15,850.

ps NZ were robbed in the Cricket

I have no idea how these guys do it to be honest, especially if they're playing No Limit tables. Like you, I can only manage 4 tables simultaneously, any more and I just don't get enough time to think about hands to their fullest, which then leads to me making big mistakes. When I asked him how he played so many at once, his reply was that making decisions and thinking on his feet came naturally to him due to his endless hours of pro-gaming, which was his previous occupation. To be honest, everytime I'm passing, he always looks a tad bored. Maybe instead of the shades, he needs those Homer Simpson glasses with the eyes painted on so he can have a quick nap without his sponsors realising.

Look forward to seeing you in Walsall.

And one of our chip leaders, Alexandre Poulain, (he showed me his passport when I asked his name - as if I wouldn't believe him, lol) has a rather tasty 47,850.

And finally (for this batch) is Christoffer Sonesson, 24,825, who I believe is a dead ringer for 400m athlete, Iwan Thomas.

Time to put names and chip counts to actual faces.

First up is this chap, Marco Lucidi, who has been dominating Xuyen Pham's former table along with chip leader and American online qualifier, Brent Wheeler.

Marco, who one can only assume is Italian in origin, is currently on 38,125.

Ain't that that David Gest fella?

Lol, I can see the likeness. I'm not sure he'll be too chuffed when I tell him.

Nick Slade's had a hard time getting off the starting blocks...just when he looks to be getting over 10k, something happens to drop him back down to around 8k (where he is presently).  His latest loss involved calling "a Scandie preflop raiser with ."  He got an unwelcome second caller, and the flop came K-J-Q.  Original raiser Matey bet out, Nick raised, and then "that plum Dutchman re-raised.  I folded and he showed K-J."  Doesn't mince his words, does Nick.

Just saw him move all-in for what at the time was 6k over the top of cutoff raiser Pernille Ravn's raise to 1,200.  She said, "very bad timing."  "Who for?"  "For me."  And passed.

Meanwhile, still in the secondary room (which is down to just three tables - player count now 102), Johnny Lodden has yo-yo'd his stack back up from under 7k to over 20k.

Keep a close on Mr Roche please, Would be good to see Andy Black take down the Aussie Millions whilst Peter wins this.

And so sad this is the only EPT you're not at... never fear - one eye is on the dauntless Peter Roche, currently varying between 20k and 45k.  At the moment, his stack's about 26,000.

This level (300/600 ante 50) will be the last played tonight.  Originally planned was a nine-level day, but apparently they're being too efficient at reducing the field so we're going to get an early night.  And to think, room service might still be delivering Dominos Pizza!  Every hotel would, in my opinion, benefit with a tailor-made button with a picture of a pizza on it.  You know what you're getting.
