When you advertise your competitions could you please consider advising us of the starting chips, clock and structure please?

I allways have to spend ages ringing around trying to get this info, and sometimes it's just not available.

For instance, I fancy playing the £200 Freeze-out at Luton tonight, so I rang them to ask for details. I was told that there will be no one in the cardroom until 7:30pm, and that no one else has the information.

I don't think Tighty wanted him there......apparently he was seen chuntering on about only giving out this kind of info on a need to know basis

Perhaps he has, but that kinda misses the point.

forum rep..for the players, not the cardroom

however as a lot of Grosvenor staff are prevented from posting on forums, i end up doing them a favour

Dare i suggest ringing the day before rather than 5 hrs before?

Although it would be better if all the tournament details are shown on the release i don't think there are many people who will not play it based on the structure. It's a luton event the structure is going to be in quite a small range, it will certainly be playable.

If they add the full structure what's next? The full list of rules?

Thanks James, a great help as usual.

If it's all the same to you though, I would still like to see structures published.

BTW, Untill this morning, I thought I would be unable to play today.

It's a Grosevnor. Don't they just make up the rules as they go along, nightly?

Just rang, after some debate with hand over reciever

"Is it 4000 or 5000 x 2?"

"I think it's 4000"

"No it's 5000"

The final answer was 5000 x 2. Excellent!
