to answer 77dave,

Table 1 has Steve Templeman in seat 1, Ambro Morreale in 2, and Damon D'Cruz in 3

All have in excess of 30,000 and if anything Steve appears to have given chips to the other two

the remainder of the table including Tino Libertini are shortstacked, clinging on

The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k.  “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi.  Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.

Pepe Fontana is OUT, AK versus A8 of Mateyboy

A8 raised, AK pushed in. 88 passes

A8 calls all-in, as you would  . Rivers the case 8!

PeteL is OUT. The players on his table told me that Nik Persaud raised the button to 1,100 playing a 17k stack or so. Pete made it 20k with A-Q from the big blind "I f**ked up, I made a s**t move," Nik called with A-K and doubled up. He then lost the rest with Eights to Tens.

Joe Grech has 17k, "I keep bluffing them away" as he has a crafty fag break.

Karl Mahrenholz makes progress by getting KK versus JJ of mateyboy, all-in pre-flop. They stand up, elevating him to the relative security of 18,000

Chip leader on the King/McCool table is Stewart Clutterbuck with 36,000

Danny Samson is OUT as is Praz Banzi

Praz went out holding top pair against a guy who called 5k off with a straight draw which hit, he didn't mind though since he needed to double up anyway.

Triple Double-up news now:

First, Mick McCool (Slick Kid) doubles through Big Trevor Reardon with J-J against A-K.

Mick Fletcher wins his race with A-K against Neil Channing's T-T

and Nick "Ripple11" has around 20k now when Paul King didn't believe he had an ace on an A-A-9-x-x board.

Blinds about to be 300/600, avg stack is 16.2k and there are 63 players left.
