Hi,

When we were in Vegas during the world series, myself and my friend filled out a form which kinda applied for an ITIN number cause we cashed in one of the events.  We were told we'd be sent an ITIN number after a few months but haven't been sent one.  Does anyone know how to get hold of it?

I came 3rd in one of the Orleans Casino festival events  the previous year and asked them for my ITIN no. The cardroom manager told me that the .Accounts department would have it.
Try the ACC DEPT at wherever u registered

Hi guys
I got mine at the mirage, the cardroom manager sorted it out for me and wrote the number down for me.
Will this be enough just to have the number or do you need an official form with it on?
