Not enough Im guessing.
Step 1 Apply for job in nice sunny climate, turn on the charm at interview convincing the interview panel that customer care will ALWAYS come first.
Step 2 Get job, ban as many people as you can for no reason (maybe the neighbours dog did a wee wee on his leg?) and when they question it tell them to p*ss off politely coz u have a hangover.
