Interesting that "pessimism/depression" shaves about 20 years off life whereas smoking only shaves 11 years.

This does not look good..... Wednesday, March 18, 2009.

The funny thing was last week at work, one of my work mates came up to me and exclaimed "Are you well? You look like you're about ready to die!" I felt really great after that.... NOT!

The truth which I dare not tell anyone at work is I really don't feel well at all. Sad
