I've been playing Battrick for about 1.5 years now, team name is Kamikaze Kricket (3824). Currently in Division IV, won my 20:20 on Saturday with 205/1 (yay), and finished 3rd in my first season in Division IV. Looking to bring in a few trainees next season, with the hope of pushing for promotion. If anyone fancies a friendly match, let me know.

Jon.

P.S. feel free to bid on my bowler: Scott Mountney (314859) http://www.battrick.org/nl/playerDetails.asp?playerID=314859

I am guessing todays opponents are a little out of my league

Gary Dennis (51272)
RH Batsman, RH Spin Bowler, superb batting form, superb bowling form, changeable
A defensive player with feeble leadership skills and competent experience.

Plays For: topmonkeys men in whites
Nationality: England
Age: 26 Years Old
Battrick Rating: 38,338
Wages: £9,564 p/w

They managed 186 - 2 I didn't.

So a nice take it easy in the last 20/20 and prepare for the long season ahead.

Currently cruising to a victory on a TIE (9 runs needed - 10 wickets in hand), with 2 key players rested ready to throw the kitchen sink at tomorrows opposition on GFI and maybe cause an upset.

I also took 1 batting net from one of my trainees and gave it to the batter I bought a few weeks ago - he popped to respectable after 1 session - I think he was worth the £40k I paid for him even if iron doesn't.

I think you should be ok Tractor.

I need some luck tomorrow, looking at my opponent he has much better bowling and about equal batting.

A little bit of luck could go a long way...
