28.5 6 Coates to Clarke
Whack! Coates tosses up an easy full toss and Clarke bludgeons it back over his head for six.
And that's his fifty! Well played.

At least one thing has gone right!

LUCKBOX!

Anyone know Iron's score? I'm having trouble viewing his game at the minute!

End of Over 38: 235-2, runrate=6.18
Forde 9-0-71-1
Kirkland* 100 (105 balls)
Hlompho 34 (17 balls)

Last Wicket: Barstow lbw b. Trueman 79 (FOW: 194/2)

37.6 2 Forde to Hlompho
Pushed down to long leg. Slow fielding means they steal a second.
37.5 1 Forde to Kirkland
Kirkland adds one to the total with a fine nick. It's not exactly pretty but it keeps the scoreboard ticking over.
And that's a century for Kirkland! Well played indeed Sir!
37.4 1 Forde to Hlompho
    Runs it to third man.
37.3 4 Forde to Hlompho
Hlompho has smashed that through the covers for four.
37.2 1 Forde to Kirkland
Well forward and pushed out to long on.
37.1 . Forde to Kirkland
Kirkland cuts into the ground, played away to backward point with very little room to move.

LUCKBOX!

Anyone know Iron's score? I'm having trouble viewing his game at the minute!

I can't get anything else bar the commentary page to open...

245-2 after 38.

My number 3, making his league debut has made 83 from 96 balls, but he was making a run a ball thru till about 60, he's run out of juice and I need him to get out so that I can post a truly intimidating score.

lol, how quickly a game can change!!

40.6 1 Monkhouse to Hatred
Keeping an eye open for any opportunity, the pair scamper through for a cheeky single after a dab to the off side.
40.5 W Monkhouse to Stanley
How is that? He's given him out LBW! The umpire must have seen something I didn't.
40.4 W Monkhouse to Kirkland
Monkhouse bowls a wonderfully disguised slower delivery and Kirkland skies it. Sidwell calls for the catch and takes it easily.
40.3 1 Monkhouse to Hlompho
Worked around the legs to the fine leg fielder.
40.2 . Monkhouse to Hlompho
It's short, and very quick. Hlompho nearly heads this into the back of the net before deciding to evade it.
40.1 1 Monkhouse to Kirkland
Played back down the track. Long off running in to field.

hope the dodgy umpiring decision wont cost me the game!!!

its all going pete tong!!!

End of Over 42: 258-5, runrate=6.14
Arrowsmith 6-0-20-1
Hlompho* 44 (26 balls)
Knowles 0 (2 balls)

Last Wicket: Hatred c. Monkhouse b. Arrowsmith 9 (FOW: 258/5)

41.6 . Arrowsmith to Knowles
    Watchfully defended, no run.
41.5 . Arrowsmith to Knowles
That one got heavy on him and it's a thick edge, but it's dropped just short of point. Knowles has gone up the pitch to have a gentle prod.
41.4 W Arrowsmith to Hatred
Oh what a catch! You won't see better this season. It looked a certain six but the lad plucked it out of the air at a full length dive!
41.3 4 Arrowsmith to Hatred
Beautiful on drive, straight down the ground from Hatred.
41.2 . Arrowsmith to Hatred
Good ball pitched outside off stump and coming in. Hatred drives and gets an inside edge out to mid on, taking one hand off the handle as he played the shot.
41.1 4 Arrowsmith to Hatred
Beautiful shot! Hatred has stroked that through the covers, and there's no way that Arrowsmith can complain about that. Brilliant batting!

Good job i had wickets in hand for the final slogfest!! Smiley

43.1 1 Deane to Clarke
Opens the face and runs it to third man for an easy single.
And that's a century for Clarke! Well played indeed Sir!

That's back to back centuries... he's only got woeful stamina!

A huge 3rd wicket partnership looks to be setting me up nicely now!

little blip to finish but not a bad target to set.......

End of Over 50: 310-8, runrate=6.20
Arrowsmith 10-0-37-4
Hagan* 15 (14 balls)
Burns 0 (0 balls)

Last Wicket: Berry c. Thorpe b. Arrowsmith 17 (FOW: 310/8)

49.6 W Arrowsmith to Berry
Berry couldn't help but push his bat at that one and he's nicked it. Gone

Now lets see whether monkeys can chuck as good as they thwack!! Smiley
