this guy is bowling one of his bowlers straight through

the guy that took both wickets

i am hoping this is a big mistake

as this leaves his 8k and 11.8k bowlers left to do the work

as the other 2 bowlers that normally bowl go for over 6 an over and  have treble figure strike rate and averages

fingures and toes crossed now

And that's the end of the match. One Team....One... won by 9 wickets.
SheriffsStars   110-10
One Team....One...   111-1

Bizarrely as it may seam, I'm quite pleased with that performance, especially given the starting line up.

Surprised it took so long - I was expecting to be finished by midday.

End of Over 20: 118-1, runrate=5.90, reqrunrate=6.00 (297-10)

I took an early wicket and was hopeful but they are scoring pretty steadily.  Not looking overly promising but still a long way to go.

End of Over 20: 88-2, runrate=4.40, reqrunrate=6.53 (283-8)
Riley 5-1-19-0
Kenny* 37 (49 balls)
Kirkland 35 (55 balls)

Last Wicket: Abel c. Wild b. Laws 11 (FOW: 18/2)

plodding along nicely after losing both openers quite cheaply, comparing to his score of 116-3 after 20 overs i'm a bit behind on the run rate but he has bought both his spinners on early so hopefully if i can keep wickets intact i can go for it later.

They seem to be slowing down. Shame.

I'm in an odd situation - I either want to take no wickets and hope the batsmen grind to halt (as they seem to be doing now) or take all of their wickets.

Thus if I take a wicket I won't know if it's good or bad!

End of Over 22: 100-2, runrate=4.55, reqrunrate=5.07 (241-5)

the next 8 overs is there 2 rubbish bowlers so i really need to get in amongst it then from 30-40 there 8k and 11k bowlers are back and i need to try and hold my wickets together for a run chase against there 2 rubbish bowlers

this could be the most exciting match of my season and i have to go out in 45 minutes

grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Yeah nothing worse than taking the wicket of someone who is plodding along only to see his replacement start smashing the ball about.

End of Over 27: 155-2, runrate=5.74, reqrunrate=6.22 (297-10)
Ewart 4-0-24-1
Giggs* 86 (78 balls)
Cambridge 8 (11 balls)

If I can get Giggs out sometime soon I think I'll win as they only bat to 6 (with 5 and 6 having career averages of only 20)
