Had the usual rubbish of a battrick collapse. Was always losing but put a few 1st teamers out to keep the score respectable and lost last 7 wickets for 12 runs.
Anyone want a friendly sunday?

Nice win today against the team that was 5th last time out against whom I shared the points last season. Solid all round performance with all contributing, very pleasing. Good to get early pts in the bag too,as the league is tougher this time round as one promoted team has been around since 2006!  |

My team is slowly taking shape. Think I need a good spinner and another bat then I'll start doing well in both forms of the game in Div V next season.
Birchall is starting to turn into a monster!
Think another couple of pops in batting and keeping for his training to end..

I have a bowler who seems to take bloody ages to pop. My decent alrounder must be due both bat and bowl pops though, ratings gone up massively last 2 weeks for him. Have bought 5 17 year olds this season. Will give em a season of nets then get em some experience.

looking at the fitness levels of the rest of the league i might even be able to sneak first place this season dispite the early set back
