Bodog claim that the reason is because of 'other market decisions'. Do we believe this or do we reckon he was dropped for being an arse?

I've already had a bet with 'The Reverend' from THMF that Pokerstars sign him up to Team Pokerstars before WSOP 2007

If you want a little bit more on... Give me a yell.

No way will Stars take that lowlife on.

I really, no REALLY believe PokerStars will not touch Gold with a bargepole. I know I have connections with Stars, but my view has certainly not come from listening to them. It is just my belief that they take great pride in their sponsored pros, and yes it was quite something to have the last three world champs (pre Gold), but that does not mean they would bust a gut to get the grinning blueberry eater just because he would make the last four world champs in their stable.

As far as I can make out, Stars pros - or Team PokerStars players - have to fit a certain mold: good players, approachable, good with the media, flambouyant, passionate about poker etc etc . I'm not sure Gold ticks many, if any, of these boxes.
