wow am i really the only one not happy with 11 handed play? I know its easy to say coz i am in but if i had just missed out on the registration then i would be gutted but i would accept it. 11 handed makes a hell of a difference. Oh well! KingPoker It's certainly not ideal as it IMO takes away a fair amount of room for creative play early doors, but fully understand why the APAT have done this. It might even be a blessing in disguise as having to (potentially) tighten up to begin with may stop me going broke in the first hour!

i undertand what you mean about the wider picture. Its just my hopes of becoming the Welsh APAT Champion and retaining the trophy in wales are getting even more minute now lol.
You have NO chance my Son. I understand the trophy is likely to end up in the Mother Country. we'll see im climbing the ladder every time. England may well be the mother but wales is the DADDY!!!!!!!

Tilkay My only concern for this would be with the 11 handed tables the chance of more 'creative' play drops. As this is the case would the blind structure get tweeked a little to accomodate for this? I am sure the inclusion of a couple of levels like a 150/300 would be a fair shout. I am sure 90% of the players would not complain in playing till 2-3am if that meant more play. I know i would not Anyway just my 2 cents on it

If the casino can accommodate us for a few extra hours, I can't imagine anyone being upset if it goes on a bit later into the morning. Not like we'll have anywhere else to go is it? Oh, and stick KingPoker and a few others in the car park, and then the rest of us can play 10-handed....
