Cockney Rebel
won his debut race and ran 2nd and 3rd (twice) in extremely valuable races later in the summer. He is generally 33/1 for the 2000 Guineas, , and word from the stable is that he has wintered well, grown into himself (he was dwarfed by most of his conquerors as a two-year-old) and is something of a good punt at the odds, each-way. Take advantage now, because if he gets there, he'll do justice to your faith.

you can still get 40-1 in some places..though betfair is only 26-1 so there are more people on.
I will be surprised if Tefilioor one of Aidan O Briens horses doesn't win this..but they are not much of a price.

I wish I had more faith in the Colonel - but a touch is a touch.
Thankyou sir, and a fine shout.

Hadn't seen your tip, but someone on another forum had tipped me and my brother to back it. I didn't have huge amounts in my betfair account (withdrawn most of it, unfortunately), but put the lot on Cockney Rebel to win at 42 today 2 minutes before the race started.
Funny thing is, could have got 66 on it during the race when it was running at the back!
