So I go on to Blue Square to rail a few mates in the GUKPT Sat, and find my chat banned. I ping a manager to find out what the error is and i get the following jobsworth.
My chat on other tribeca skins remains open.

(21:21:06): Player 'Colch-Kev' joined chat.
(21:22:19): Host 'Ahmed-Host' joined chat.
Ahmed-Host (21:22:25): Good Evening you are through to Ahmed at Poker support. How can I help you?
Colch-Kev (21:22:39): Ahmed, why is my chat suspended, i havent been on here for ages
Ahmed-Host (21:23:35): in the early hours of this morning someone must have sworn on your account if you havent used it for a long time.
Colch-Kev (21:24:16): i think they must have the wrong account mate, i havent played on blue square for a good while
Colch-Kev (21:24:42): can you lift the ban please
Ahmed-Host (21:25:05): the last transaction on your account in terms of game play was on the 30/01/07
Ahmed-Host (21:25:11): a couple of days ago.
Colch-Kev (21:25:48): exactly, so i wasnt on here yesterday or the day before
Ahmed-Host (21:26:55): someone was I'm afraid.
Colch-Kev (21:27:10): how come i can chat on other tribeca skins ?
Colch-Kev (21:28:01): look can you lift the ban or do i need to phone Jamie or Jon Raab ??
Ahmed-Host (21:28:09): because only your bsq account is affected.
Ahmed-Host (21:28:40): you will have to phone jamie or jonathan Raab as I'm afraid I'm adhering to company procedure.
Colch-Kev (21:28:50): there has obviously been an error, i havent been on blue square for a few days
Colch-Kev (21:29:37): I am the poker room manager for blonde poker, another tribeca skin, i can assure you that there has been an error
Colch-Kev (21:29:50): and no one else has access to mu account
Ahmed-Host (21:30:21): Iwe will look into this further but at present the chat will remain suspended.

Colch-Kev (21:31:45): the fact that you KNOW i havent been active on blue square for at least 3 days, yet you insist a ban stays in place
Colch-Kev (21:32:19): it must be an error by the person who made the ban
Ahmed-Host (21:32:22): active in the sense of playing on the account, it is still possible to log in and chat in the lobby.
Colch-Kev (21:33:14): i only use blue square for grosvenor qualifiers, i play on blonde at all other times
Colch-Kev (21:33:47): and i havent been on blue square since the 30th
Ahmed-Host (21:33:50): As I stated earlier, we will look into this further but at present the account will remain shut.
Colch-Kev (21:34:09): well ahmed, forget it, close the account.
Colch-Kev (21:34:29): i will explain to Jamie and Jonathan Raab why .

Crazy, absolutely crazy .... Now i will be the first to admit that i can be a bit raucous in the old chat box when on the rail, But to get a chat ban when i havent even been on the bloody site in 3 days !!!
Oh and Ahmed has just closed my account, i have received the following message via pop up.. You have been suspended or banned from our site for violation of our terms of service.
Way to go Blue Square.

In these situations you should always insist on speaking to a supervisor there and then, ring them ou if you have to.

LOL It was a bit name droppish, but i was effin livid, I could accept a chat ban if I was guilty, but like i said, i havent been on Blue Square since the 30th.

because i dont really want to bother them over what is obviously an error, I though by explaining that i knew people in management at blue square, he would perhaps see that it was an error and re instate my chat.
I accept that he was only following company procedure, but i know enough about online poker support to know catagorically that any CSR can lift any chat ban without authorisation from anyone in authority.
