Polygon for blondes

OK, so I'm dull and I get bothered by the oddest things, and not bothered by the most botheringly bothering things
but try this
Newspaper quiz
Using the letters below only once in any word, makes as many four or more letter words always including the central letter
Central Letter is E
Other letters C E R G E M N Y
capitalised words, comparatives, superlatives not allowed
my newspaper (sensible newspaper!) says
average score is 12
good = 16
very good = 20
excellent =24
no dictionary cheating
come on blondes, get me to at least 12.....
