Not seen a thread about this on here, so I thought I'd start one. What are people's thoughts? Are the Engish confident of a win, or do the Scots think that they'll be able to put one over an England team that hasn't been playing at all well for the last few years? Is Wilkinson going to be the difference? As a league (and more so as a Wigan fan) I'm excited to see Robinson back in the team, and even more excited by the prospect of seeing Farrell step out for England in the different code. What do other think? Get the beers lined up...

I thought when Ashton took over it might be an exciting time. We've certainly got to blood some youngsters and start building for the next World Cup in 2011 - I believe this year's is already lost . His selection of Wilkinson is certainly brave but I cannot really see how he's going to help us with the limited game time he's had especially in international rugby. I've been waiting for ages to see what Farrell can do as I've never followed RL, but again, a bit of a dubious selection at this stage. Having said that, there'll be no-one cheering louder (in The Bull's Head at least )

Neither country know anything about rugby, in fact William Webb Ellis was welsh kidnapped by pirates from the west wales coast( just like st patrick) when he was young, winners of 5 nations will come from the winners of Wales Ireland tomorrow

The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k. “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi. Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.

Wilkinson looks like he hasn't been away. Injuries are temporary, class is permanent.
Robinson with a great finish to a great move - no better finisher.
Farrell playing a decent game at first receiver, distributing the ball well. I expect him to make some runs in the second half and show his class.
England should score a few tries in the second half, and I wouldn't be surprised if we win by 15-20 points in the end. Although anything can happen of course...

Colchester Utd not playing today?
Scraping a 1-1 draw with the mighty blues at home.
