The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k.  “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi.  Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.

i hear there is an awful 24 hour flu virus doing the rounds in Wales, plus it will snow a lot tonight and i hear that the likelyhood of you being snowed in is approx 80%.

No need to worry about presentation now Wink

Well normally in a situation like this my first question is:

"Is it plugged in?"

followed by my second question:

"Is it turned on?"

If you can answer yes to both questions i then refer you to my native american IT friend fuctifino Wink

Hi Bongo,

Connected my laptop to the proxima, proxima comes on, they do not seem to connect to each other though then I ctrl and PF4 which normally gets me what I want to be, but this time not working.
I have also tried switching laptop off and rebooting and vice versa

You have a video card don't worry about that.
All i can suggest is google the projector model number and see if there is a setup guide on their site.

It's connected by a 15pin monitor cable right? Do you have a monitor to test your laptops output? There may be several inputs to the projector, you might need to select which one with the buttons on the side or a remote. Often they auto detect an input though, which is why I suggest testing your laptops output 1st with another monitor (or high def TV if it has the right connector).

Cheers Ian, I have had a look andI'm sure I am doing it right

Chip, it is a 15pin cable, however the laptop has worked with a proxima in the past,  not this one though!

I have to go out for 30 mins (not being funny)

CTRL & F4 is probably how you usually select the external display ( proxima ).
Do you have the projector turned on first? Some laptops wont pick up a projector etc aprt from when they startup.

What is the model number of the proxima ?
