Golfbum probably bet out on the turn to try and take the pot down because the flop was checked round- there's no reason to presume he's willing to put anymore money in the pot. Therefore there is no need to act passively now just to keep him in.

Zene has almost certainly got AK, AA or KK- he only had 55BB to start with anyway so if he has a bigger set then we have to pay him. Likewise with Golfbum, although the fact that he called from the BB reduces the likelihood of him holding a PP a little. (Players typically call with a wider range from the BB because their pre-flop call is slightly discounted.)

You can't just call incase Golfbum is betting out with the flush draw. Regardless any spade, 4 or 5 (15 cards) will slow down either player with a hand that you're beating.

Therefore I would raise here, and would probably just push them all in.

The OR raiser checking the flop with just one player still to act afterwards rather than c-betting, then min-raising the turn seems v. strong- certainly stronger than AK with the FD on board. I would find it hard to pass but I would be reluctant to commit more chips when it seems a likely slowplayed KK to me.

If it was the other guy who called pre flop making the re raise then theres a case to put him on 33 or 66, but as its the initial raiser he probs has AK, AA, KK, and we' re ahead in 2 of these 3 situations.

Id probs have to pump it up and hope he dosent insta call with his trip Kings.

And as its a cash game, we can just reload and win it back, if it is a cooler.

Then again, it does look like he has trip Kings. But im not good enough to fold.

fold baby. he has trip kings. simple as. he leads out on that flop with AA / raises more on the turn. the min raise can only mean trip kings for me. if he's previously been aggressive then maybe i call turn and whatever he wants to throw out on the river.

i love to be different. flushy commence your flaming..

So im sure some of you had assumed i was telling a long drawn out badbeat story , as we can see that isnt the case

Sometimes it does pay to go against your better judgement , was just wondering if people would have passed on the turn , it seems fairly split , surely u call the turn in the hope of hitting  ur quad draw ? Wink
