nobody makes £500 a day.

It is possible to make a living playing fruit machines but most who say they do, make a loss over quite a short period.

fruit machine owners wouldn't have the ability to put new chips in fruit machines. only fruit machine companies can do that.

both.

It'll say on the machine. usually 78% in pubs. lower in service stations and clubs. they can be changed within reaso but the machine will say the minimum and that's guaranteed.
i know 4 guys playing fruit machines for a living and the main one drives a ferrari 350,,is this really possible a few of them told me they get upto £500 a day,,,any truth in this adam?

It IS posssible to make £500 a day from fruit machines, but the owners get upset when you nick their machines.

Hope you get a buyer Adam.

The design thing is all quite exciting, getting to use your creative muscles again. Very best of luck.

I thought the whole swizz was that the cheat modes and tricks all helped you win, but still not enough to overcome the payout %.

When you have the trick, you think you have the edge, and some of those guys who know what bars to press and when, are the biggest donaters week in/week out.

I heard there was no substitute to playing the things when some other mug has filled it up for you. The guys who make money off them all have fill keys to gauage a bandit's willingness to pay at any particular point. If it's not ready to pay, they won't play.

The day I met some joker going around with his key making £600 a week, was the day I never touched the things again.

Sofa, you must be talking about the fortune 2000 machine. it's not one of ours but we have one in our office at the minute. we're logging it but our hunch it that it's a 20,000 game cycle. ie, in that many games there'll be a set number of loses and wins, of which there'll be a set number of each win, including only 1 £2000 jackpot. shuffle them up and off you go. my boss used to do the same thing as your mates when he played them for a living. get machines in and log them. his last year playing them he made over £70k. but that was after an £8 year, a losing year, a £2k year, etc. he makes more designing them than he ever could playing them.

there aren't any cheat modes, just 'enriched periods'. keys / sharking. yep that's the only way to win. know how to play the machine when it's comps are full, learn how to spot when it's comps are full, know where to find the full machines. that said, I spend a bit of time skulking around the fruit machine forums and I can tell you that the theorys these so called pro slotters come out with are very far off the mark. long term the only winner is the cash box.

hold'em fruit machine. maybe. theres alot of video poker in development and ther tests are doing ok. trouble is it's hard to jam the poker thing into a standard fruit machine format and it still bare any resemblence to actual poker. I'll be giving it some thought though.

julian, struggling to get your figure back after the baby mate? usually it's no refunds but for you, ofcourse.

The best value machines are to be found in the bookies as they are usually over 80%.

By the way I don't play them but just used to work as a betting shop manager.
